so I'm about to build my rear that has surprisingly lasted me about 8 years of abuse. My set up is basic 2.8/4# with a 100 wet. I'm wondering how important is it to have a rear cover brace as in the brace that goes from cover to tubes to prevent deflection. My tubes are welded and I'm also thinkin about welding in battle boxes and stitching up my boxes while I'm there. All of my control arms have no bushings along with spherical bushings on uppers. I do run a 295 45 and the car does hook but hell I never broke this rear. What is everyone's thought?

Definitely get something on there to prevent deflection. I had to get mine straightened a 2nd time and then put a CHE brace on it. No more bending :)

Ok well I guess I should do just that. I'm assuming there is multiple different people that make braces so I'll get to researching
