Long story short, I ended up having to go with forged pistons that will be 10:1 compression with a stock 302 shortblock. Afr 185 heads, 274hr cam, performer rpm intake.
My question is how much boost could I safely run on pump gas?
I know 10:1 isn't ideal boost compression but its all I could fi d without either paying hundreds more or getting 8:6 compression.
Nitrous isn't out of the question but I prefer boost.
