This is my backyard. Gov officials are making the claim that since there was certain licensing of the property that they had the right to be there to enforce code. The ****ed up thing is that law enforcement is on their side - they didn't want to be there. The business owners needed to press harder on where the complaint originated from and to have been clear that they support law enforcement.

I wish more law enforcement leaders would stand up against this nonsense and refuse to enforce these "mandates".
