sorry unless you did all the work your self and had everything just laying around, then your just SOL...
I plan to do this this winter for about 3k. IF you price everything out & piece a kit together. It also helps if you fab it your self.

Parts alone will most likely be several thousand dollars. You could buy used, but I still don't see you getting it together and running for less than 3-4k.
2 grand no way unless you are building the kit completely on your own. If you are looking for a kit already done you won't find one or piece one together for $2000. I think getting it for under $3000 would be tough.
