bucking and stumbles (new parts on the way)

as the title says, my 97 cobra has started to buck in 3,4 and 5th if the rpms are low and i floor it. any ideas. i know i need to change the pluges but could it be any thing els????

Probably plugs or wires but could need a new fuel filter,MAF cleaning....

mine did that, it was the coil pack(s). replaced both of them and it fixed the problem.

it's most likely the fuel filter

clean the MAF first since u have a K&N, made a difference for me, but msd wires made the biggest difference.

why didn't you just change the fuel filter before spending all that money.
our coil packs work very well, i doubt its the packs...but it may be

i changed the filter about 600 miles ago. Ohh and she has 99k on the clock, so i thought that the factory wires and packs could be heading south. I also ordered a gasket set so i could fix the spark plug tunnel gaskets that leak. I got all of the parts for 274.00 (wires,2packs,plugs,gaskets)and yes motorcraft parts. www.rockauto.com
