I have one driver's and one passenger's side door handle from a 2003 Lightning. These were only installed on the 2003 and 2004 models. Many people have had problems with their handles peeling, and the passenger side handle is no exception. But the driver's side is as close to perfect as I have seen. The damage to the passenger side is minimal and is hard to view due to its location on the very front tip towards the front of the truck.
Chrome replacements cost around $100 and are much easier to come across than these. And when you call Ford to ask their price on these, you better be sitting down.
