Broken Coil Pack Connector

Just wondering if you can get a new connector for the coil packs, I snapped the plastic piece that holds it locked in on one of my coils.

Can you just get a new connector and somehow push the pins out of the current one?

I found the part number, it is a WPT759 and I also found a write up on how to remove the old plug and properly install the new one with out cutting the wires.

Well I got a new plug form Ford Stealership

I paid $50 bucks for it!!!!!

What a rip off!!

This is the link to show how to make a conversion to new coil packs, but it also shows you how to remove the wires from the connector.

Worked quite well, remove the red piece, then using a pick, lift up on the metal piece on the connector and voila wires slide right out.

Very easy to do
