When I called Brisk they said one step colder for less than 700 rwhp and two steps colder for more than 700 rwhp. I ordered both because I'm about 750 rwhp but running e85 which is a bit harder to light off. I installed the one step colder and I'm very happy with them. For your setup....25 psi better go two steps colder.
