Brakes move

Ok about a week ago I had to put new pads on and a day after i noticed that the brakes was making a loud nosie. I took wheel off and noticed that I could move the brake cap side to side with wheel on or off. then i put some gel from auto zone made to stop nosie and it stopped until it rained. Here is a pic of where the nosie is coming from

. The passenger side does it the worst driver side some what, all rattle clips are in and i have checked everything I know to check. Could it be caused by a rotor that needs to be turned.

Did they reuse your old anti-rattle clips? That'll cause a problem.

Did you change pad manufacturers? Did you turn or replace the rotors?
