Just bought some ebc greenstuff for the front and rear. Pulled the rotors to have them turned. 28k miles and supposedly the rears are under spec. Not sure about the front, don't know the spec. Anyone have it?

It comes stamped into each rotor. I think its on the outside edge. If they aren't too rusty you should be able to find it.

its irrelevant because modern rotors dont get cut. throw them away when they're done. they're super thin to begin with.

rotors dont warp so there's no need to lathe them in the first place. the lathe down at the local auto parts store isnt straight anyway; not that moe and larry could set it up correctly if they wanted to...

so if I am installing new pads and the rotors are within spec I should just bolt new pads on old rotors?

scuff them up with emery cloth to remove the glaze from old pads and you'll be fine

I use a scotchbrite sanding disc in the drill to do mine
