Brake Line Speed Bleeders

I am going to be installing Stainless Steel Brake Lines. While reading about this on the forum, someone metioned in a post to get brake line speed bleeders. Can someone explain to me what the advantage of these are? Also, how do you install them?

I have them on both of my cars. They work great! I don't have them on the Cobra yet.

I put them on my car when I did the S/S Lines... They are kinda cool. It is basicaly one/way valve... It allows you to bleed by pumping the breaks and not let air suck back up into the lines when releasing the brake peddle... Makes bleeding the brakes a one man job.
