Brake lights stuck on!!!????

i am having a new problem on my car, my break lighs are stuck on, theres a littel like relay type switch thing on the brake pedal up a ways if i mess wit that for a while eventually i can get it to go off but as soon as i touch brakes agian it stays on.
any ideas?

That's the brake light switch. Sounds like you're ready for a new one.
