Brake change.

I chaged the brakes on my L on Sunday. I replaced all the rotors and the pads. I went with DRT drilled and slotted rotors and Meyle Pads. The pads I believe aren't ceramic. They are a semi matallic. The truck stops alot better now with the new brakes. I did a search on these rotors and pads and found nothing on the site. Hopefully everything works out well. There have been some horror stories about bad brakes. I'll let y'all know if I have any problems.

i think they will work good! i bought mine at pepboys and it stops better than the oem ones!

I just know that there have been some bad choices made in the brake department. I decided to give these a try. I guess we will be guinny pigs. Haven't heard of any problems as of yet.

Me neither, but I guess there is always first. I'm pretty sure that Brembo, Nitto, Kenne Bell, Whipple, etc. etc. all had their first customers who were sceptable. So I will see how these products work and offer feedback.
