BPS Elbow: whp gain?

What type of gains will this add to my setup - in signature? Is this a 10-15whp type gain - or a 7-10whp?

No plans to buy one -- but I am always checking out the classifieds and wouldn't mind snagging one if its worth it.


I assume its a no retune needed item.
