should be fine, if wired directly wired to the battery for accurate readings

Company say it only uses 0.15w, i dont know if I want to run it with a constant on wiring. Might rewire it to a switched setup.

Got it installed! Left it constant on too, gives you battery voltage before you start. I love it

That's pretty cool! Ill have to check and see what the cig outlet voltage is or a switched ignition voltage is compared to what my aeroforce reads, as my aeroforce is .5 volt off. This might be a cool solution.

Just an update, I let the car sit for about 4 days and when I went to start it, the battery was weak and couldn't crank. So I wired it to a switched setup and it's good to go now. Checked the reading with what was at the battery while it was running and it was the same.
