BOSS Strut Tower Brace over a TVS

With the install of the Rousch TVS I was told the stock strut tower brace wouldn't fit and was not put back on the car.

Is it worth getting the BOSS? Will the BOSS clear?

The 2007 GT500 Stock STB fits on my TVS, and you can pick one up from the Market like I did ($60 shipped). I added the "ROUSHCHARGED" Decal for a little extra flare:

I know it fits over the V6 engine...where as the stock GT STB did not.
My friend tried both on his 2013 V6.... just to see if it would fit...this one did no problem!

OH do you happen to know if there is a torque spec? I just tightened as much as possible
