I recently added the boss302 intake to my GT. I used the kit from lrm to connect the purge valve to the intake.
I didn't like the ghetto look of the kit so I bought the install kit from ford racing. Everything looks good with the exception of the purge valve electrical connection.
The kit relocates the purge valve from the intake manifold to the driver side at the top back of the manifold. Now the stock electrical connection is on the passenger side of the intake manifold and there is no way to extend this connection without splicing the wires.
Does anyone know of an easy way to extend this connection without splicing the wires? I was thinking I can buy one male and one female connector and run some wires between them so I don't have to splice the stock wires. Anyone try this yet?
