Has anyone installed a mrt or equivalent h pipe with long tubes? If so what did you have to do special? Also if it helps my long tubes are JBA. Thanks in advance.

I bet a muffler shop (do those still exist?) would be able to modify the MRT for you. Kooks and ARH make a LT + H or X with boss sides. $1600-$1700 though.
Yeah I wouldn't be too terribly opposed to the kooks option but I already have JBA... Maybe I'll scoop the mrt up and take it to an exhaust shop ( they exist in Clarksville TN) and make them deal with the headache of making it work.
I have JBA longtubes with a boss type offroad midpipe with side exits (cutouts). Nothing special had to be done with mine however it's extremely LOUD with them open to say the least. If you search up Triangle Speed Shop on facebook, you can see the car on the dyno (MY name is Maddox) and hear just how crazy it is.
