Took the car down to Beeville this past weekend. We had severe traction issues, but still managed multiple 165 to 170mph half mile passes. Unfortunately, we were out of gear and tire at about the 3/4 mile mark. (27" tire and 3.55 gear with a 7400rpm limiter). Right at 200mph, and coasted through the rest of the mile.
This was our first mile event, and we definitely learned a lot in terms of the track down there, and what is required to run these speeds. Congrats to Kinetik Motorsports for running 217mph!
