Boost gauge help

I just got my 02 HD. The boost gauge does not get above 0 even at WOT. I sure there is something not hooked up right on the gauge. I have no idea what to even look for. I found some install instructions for a boost gauge and it looks like it is hooked up to me.

I am not mechanical at all so any help on what to look for would be great. Thanks

Does the guage read vacuum? If so then you are probably hooked to a vacuum line instead of the vacuum/boost line. The easiest way to hook up an aftermarket bost guage is to "T" into the line going to the stock boost guage. It is easy to find under the dash.
