If I add a Boost-a-pump or Lethal Performance's Fuel+ voltage booster, do I need to have the car re-tuned, or is it a simple "install it and go" type of upgrade?

In my experience the voltage table needed to be adjusted after I installed a BAP. It wasn't a full retune though.
