Anyone know the type/size of bolt used??
Bolt sizes to hold on foam bumper

NObody knows? I don't believe that for a second.
Pretty sure rivets holds them on. You can tape them on to hold them then put the bumper on it and it will stay.

Nope just tape the foam bumper around on each end to the steel rebar and when you bolt the bumper on it will keep the foam piece in place. The tape is just to keep it up there so you can get the bumper on
Gotcha, that makes much more sense than taping rivets, ha! I could do that, but maybe I'll just get a rivet gun...
