99cobra intake with a 3/8" lid spacer, how long and what size are the bolts needed? also what size and length on the bolts for the intake manifold to the cylinder heads?

Do you mean intake spacer? I bought an intake spacer from MMR and it came with new bolts. Yours didn't I assume?

I think the sizes are in there. Just add the thickness of your spacer and gaskets to the length you need.
