Guy's it only happens sometimes but it' sucks!!! And only in first under acceleration...Any ideas???

Could be a number of things. You sure it's just in first? Clutch maybe.
Yup, I just bought a brand new clutch/flywheel this afternoon...it's irritating as hell though!!! I might have it put on the computer tommorow.
