bog after shifting?

Hey guys just bought my latest 03 cobra and when its not warmed up and I shift if falls on its face then comes back after I let off and gradually get back in the gas.. seems as though the car is fine after its warm? Got a new fuel filter and plugs im going to try those but any other ideas?? Oh and I dont have to be running WOT for this to happen
