The BMR watts is in. Ran into some speed bumps on putting it all together, but everything's pretty ironed out and adjusted now. Great impressions so far, havent been able to quantify the handling improvement yet - will need some more thrashing, but just over pot holes, ruts in the banked road changes everything feels more smooth. It's not clanky or noisy at all so far. Marked improvement over before.

The watts, as you can see I got the poly ended. I think this end will do a good job locating the movement of the linkage to prevent rotation/twisting that I'm theorizing could be quite clanky.

Without box and bags about 22lbs (for net you would weigh the PHB and brace (or aftermaket brace for comparable set-ups) This also includes hardware that doesnt touch the Watts at all, just fills in gaps where the PHB is now vacant.

Currently having clearance issues with the driver's side axle mount hitting the underbody of the car (has happened twice in 24hrs) , even with BMR's revised mount for extra clearance.

I'll modify a mount shorter and report back if this solved the issue or if it was something else.

I have had really limited NVH because I carefully picked each mod with that in mind and even used sound deadening in the rear.

This mod so far has not increased NVH at all, i'd say lessened it. Just need to fix the axle bracket clearance now.

what springs are you on? i have bmr sp009's in the rear and it's a bit on the low side. i've got a tendency of hitting the bumpstops on bad roads, so your clearance issues are cause for concern form me.

I have KW V2 (ST XTA) coilovers. Lowered around 1.7 front 1.6" rear. I've never hit bump stops. Full mods here: https://www.wheelwell.com/profile/55c9463cf19b51e53e56dadd/garage/

With SP009's, you should shave down the stock bump stops.

I wouldn't worry about clearance in the future with this kit. I got one of the first 5 sent out the door ever, so by the time anyone reading this buys one all this would have been addressed already as I know Kelly's working on make even more clearance now.

Well its more a 11-12lb penalty because you're losing the phb and brace. And that much weight no way are you going to pick up a difference. Thats like 20-30mins of driving in fuel weight.
Given the weight bias, id rather but weight back there then up front anyways.

I cut the driver's side axle bracket down till there was barely a sliver left before the top hole then painted the cut off end red again. Not worried about the top hole reinforcement since i don't plan on running it anyways.
The increased clearance has so far not shown any signs of bottoming out on my canyons runs.

I also tried mounting the GoPro showing the business end of the brace, but the angle was a bit weird and not enough light, saw more shadows moving around than anything.
