After reading this entire thread, (click here) im starting to wonder how much longer my motor will last.
Please list all the following information so we can get an idea of what circumstances cause our motors to destruct.
-the year of your car
-mileage when your engine went
-what oil you were running at the time
-what type of octane
-which pistons or which parts of the motor were damaged
-what were the conditions that caused the damage, (high speed run, track run, etc..)
-List of all modifications including any cooling mods.
-Weather or not you had a noticeable tick before any actual problems arose.
