This was a friendly race between 2 of my friends. One has a 96 Cobra...fully built motor with an intercooled vortech setup making 470rwhp off the bottle, tko 600, 3.73's. Another who just bought a 03 redfire terminator (numbers unknown??) The previous owner said the car has a stage 2 ported eaton, cold air, cat-back and tune. After having the car a couple days they decided to have a few friendly runs. Every race was the same story......the friend with the built 96 slightly pulls out in front but gets run down by fourth gear and then they stay pretty much dead even until they shut down. Really good close races. The 96 is well over 560rwhp on the bottle but didn't spray any of the races. Should a ported terminator be faster? Or is it on the money with the mods it is said to have.
