If I was to take apart an eaton blower (don't ask why) will the internals need to be "set up" or "timed"? I know that when I pull the front off of the blower, that they rotors will come out with it. So, if I just pull them straight out and then put them back without tuning the pulley, would that hurt anything?

You won't have to time anything. When you pull the snout off the blower, oil will come out so be ready for that, and you'll see that there's 3 prongs that are attached to the shaft that turn and those 3 prongs go inside 3 holes in the 2 gears of the back half of the blower that turn the rotors.
