Blower engine

decided to upgrade my engine, its 2002 GT 2V will be getting one from www.dssracing.com but not sure if I should go long block or short block and reuse my PI heads, it will be a Pro MODular, does any one have any past expieriences with them and maybe you can recommand something, this motor will need to hold about 15lbs of boost and it will need to be making close to 400 HP without the blower, please help :beer:

ive talked to the guys at DSS the companys 15 min from my house the PRO modular holds 20 psi and 700 hp...id go with the short block and just port the heads...long block would be a much bigger project.
