The block was purchased brand new and machined by Fast times Year not sure can give number of the block.

looks nice! Still cant tell what year by those pics. The romeo blocks have a big service hole at the top of the block right where it meets the tranny. Theres usually a plastic plug in it to keep stuff from getting into the clutch area. The windsor blocks dont have that hole its just solid right there. So thats why the windsor blocks are more sought after. But nothing wrong at all with a stout romeo block....
