So my dad blew out a spark plug in his 02 HD F150. I'm assuming that these trucks have the same heads as an L of the same year(s). Am I correct? If so, do any of you guys know where we can find a new replacement head for his truck?

Why not just stick a spark plug insert in the plug hole instead? A lot cheaper that way.
If you're in SoCal, contact FordFanStan who works for Dante and set up an appointment to have it done. When I blew my plug out several years ago, I trailered my L down to Dante (back before he had employees and he was still working out of his garage), over a 7 hour drive mind you, and he installed an insert in my head no problem. A helluva lot cheaper than getting a brand new head for the truck.

I hear that. I'm in the same boat and everytime I see a nice car/truck on the road it makes me wish I was sittin in the L right next to them
