Bleeding the IC system?

Does anybody know how to or have a link on bleeding the IC system. I've searched and can't find it, it's also not in the "How-To" section.

Just let the ruck run with the cap off. If the level gets low, fill it up. I've drained and filled mine numerous times and never had to 'burp' it like a cooling system.
