black 17" Y2k rims

Does anyone know where I can find some Y2k black 17" rims? I've been looking everywhere. All I can find are 18". This is 5 lug rims. 5 x 4.50
I was wondering if I don't find any, if I could purchase some silver 17"x9" Y2k rims and take them to a shop and get them expanded to 17"x11" and powder coated black or painted black from the shop. If so, can any local shop do this process who can cut and weld on rims?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

TTT. Has anyone ever had their rims widened or cut and welded? I could maybe try to cut some up myself and weld them back if I can't find anyone else. I don't know. Thanks guys.

ive seen it done numerous times. There is a place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that is very good at doing this and black powdercoat is virtually bulletproof so they wouldnt chip easily
