Not that its a bad idea, Birth Cert & legitimate SSN should be a federal requirement for every employer in USA. My wife used to work at a payroll processing/HR administering company and youd be surprised the shit some employers do and hire illegals using duplicate/fake ssn or their brother Jose's SSN, and they legally can for 90 days or some shit, then they just go to another drywall or framing company the next day for 90 days, and so on and so forth.
