They are similar. I just talked to Jason at Maximum about them so I don't feed you some made up info. They are specific to ford, and were designed for better ride in the coupes. The coupe shocks and struts are more aggressive than the vert setup. He said they are a little more aggressive than the HDs you are looking at, but not as aggressive as the Sport valved kit. I needed the sports for the coil over setup. You can see at the bottom of the descriptions on MMs site the spring rate differences for coil overs. If I was gonna use the H&R sport or race setup (love the race springs too), they recommended I keep the factory setup.
