Do not get 3 idlers. Get all four. I have seen many of the lower stock FORD idlers literally explode under the pressure. They are thin, stamped sheetmetal. Get the 4th idler for safety.

Use your stock 75 inch belt with the setup below.

I have no belt slip with this quality performance gear.

I got the 4pc set...

I just got the 4pc. idler set from Billetflow. Very impressed with the quality.

Kit comes with 3 100mm iders and 1 92mm idler with the mounting bracket for the added idler up top. Billetflow makes awesome products!!

The 3 stock ones are 92mm I believe. Billetflow just replaces them with 100's besides the one located close to the tensioner - no room for a 100 so its 92. Nice set-up!

Replace the lowest 100 with a 92 for the "oversize" pulleys.

If plan to use metco Idlers, then this will be my set up.... Reichard Racing 2.76, 100 mm Aux. Idler, (2) 100mm Idlers, 90mm Idler because they dont make a 92mm Idler. On the metco site it says that the 90mm are replacements for stock Idlers.... Is that true? Thats why I asked if they are 90mm and not 92mm. Can I run that (1) 90mm and (3) 100mm, and that 2.76 with stock belt without a problem. Is that a good setup. Thanks. :)

If you want to go with the Metco setup , YES you would use 1)90mm and 3) 100mm pulleys with the 2.76 SC pulley
