Billetflow Pulley Puller

I just got my 100mm aux. idler, bracket and pulley puller from Doug. I am going through the parts and trying to look at pics from the install, but can't figure out the configuration of the "u-shaped" rings. It looks as if from the pics that the bigger one goes behind the stock pulley during removal and the smaller one is drilled and tapped for some small set screws but can't see it on the pics? If someone could swing some help my way I would greatly appreciate it!

The piece with the holes drilled in it is only used when pulling off the backing plate, you dont need it to remove your stock pulley.
