Just had one installed last week, "the billit flow in red" and i dont know if its me but I sware it handles better.I havnt launched it in first yet but I havnt got any wheel hop in second or third gear ,it either hooks up or deppending on how hard i nail it :-D spins and then with a little finnesse she'll hook up.I cant wait to put on my Steeda irs brace :rockon:

Isn't the Kenny Brown brace only useful for 99-01 Cobras since the 03 came with a heavy duty one?

Also, what are the main differences between the Billetflow and Steeda/Mathis brace?

Yes, the "kenny browns irs torque brace" is the SAME thing that comes STOCK on the 00R and the 03-04 Cobras.

The BilletFlow Diff Cover IRS Brace is for the DIFF COVER

The Mathis Bracket gets welded to the IRS Sub Frame mounting Bracket and then you have to drill holes in your trunk and install screws through it.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT (it's like... one is a gas cap and the other is cigarette lighter)

This is the diff brace. I'm familiar with the suspension brackets also known as the "Mathis brackets" :pepper:

ok so you want to know what the differance is between the BilletFlow IRS Diff Brace and Steala's copy of it

The BilletFlow IRS Diff Brace
  • Mine is LIGHTER
  • Mine won't RUST
  • Mine has gone 9.85et @ 141.43mph
  • We have sold over 400 without ANY FAILURES!
  • Ours is Race PROVEN
  • Our is the ORIGINAL

Steala's Copy
  • has more gussets (that are not needed)
  • has a thinner main plate (which makes it weaker)
  • has NOT gone 9.85et @ 141.43mph
  • have they even sold any? :shrug:
  • will rust
  • looks like $hit
  • it's Heavier
  • It's just a cheap knock off of a great product
