Okay I've asked this question before but now I'm having a conversation with a sales rep for billet specialties about getting some street lites in 17x11 and he is saying they will not fit because of the brakes but I've seen people running them on here with no problems

I've been told on another thread I had that 17x7 with a 4.5bs and a 1in spacer would clear the front and 6.75bs on a 17x11 for the back would fit so anyone possibly know what to do?

anyone who has run these please feel free to chime in.

I don't understand how they can't fit if I've seen others with them. He's saying it's cause've the physical width that they stick out past the mounting surface.

thanks for the help,

Zach

i spent so much time researching these. im running a 17x11 in the rear with a 7.5inch backspacing (realistically 7.25 would be just a hair better) on a 99-04 SRA, front is a 17x8 with a 5.5in backspacing with a 1/4in slide spacer which is just flush with the fender, the brake caliper rides very close to the spokes but clears just fine. with a 17x7 and 4.5 you should be the same as me, 1inch spacer would push that thing out wayyy to far

You wouldn't happen to know the backspacing for an irs?
Would 6.75 be correct?

Idk why this sales rep at billet specialties is saying they won't fit when you and a couple others I've seen run them no issues?

I'm pretty sure 6.75 is correct for IRS. Others may chime in but I'll do some research and let you know for sure.

Those wheels look sweet! 11" on the rear? What size tire?

In for daylight pics, up close.
