Hey, I bought the Billetflow 4 pulley kit based on everyone's feedback in here, I installed them and now I have a loud "squeak". The pulley bearings are sealed so they don't need greasing, correct???? ANyone else have this issue? If so, what was it????

I'll be doing this mod sometime in the future...subscribing.

I know there are hundreds of guys in the forum with this setup...any advice ?

If you don't get it resolved during the weekend, get on the phone to Doug at BF first thing Monday, he'll help you out.

Try a slightly longer belt. It appears lots of people are having squeaks as a result of the belt too tight (ie tensioner almost at full travel).

Hmmm... I notched my tensioner to get belts off and on easier, but it still falls back in range. I get a squeak/chirp when cold, but goes away after a couple minutes. Had a Billetflow 100mm idler, then switched to a Metco 100 with 2more 90mms and it sounds exactly the same. I haven't tried it, but they say you can dribble some water on the belt and if it goes away, it's just the belt, not the pulleys.

The 4 Pulley Idler Kits comes with:
1~ Bracket
1~ 92mm Billet Pulley (Look at above pic to see where they go)
3~ 100mm Billet Pulleys
Your choice of color (Red Fire, Sonic Blue, Black, Clear)
All required bolts for installation are provided ( Grade 8 )
(we do not offer a belt at this time)

We recommend Goodyear "Gatorback" and Gates "Green Stripe" belts.
