Biggest/widest tire on 03-04 cobra???

i just swapped a IRS into my 01 bullitt and im wondering whats the widest tire i can put on the rear.....it has H&R race springs....Looking around the 17x10.5 rim size

Do a little reasearch. I had H&R race springs on with low profile IRS bolts and a 3/8 spacer and i ran a 10.5 with a 315 NT05R and had plenty of room.

also note not all tires are truly the same width. some are wider then typical, others are skinnier.

pay attention to your backspacing. low profile IRS bolts will help alot, as mentioned above


some peeps run 315s... few others are running 335s on 10.5s

315 is probably the widest you can go on 10.5 I have 315 on my 10.5 Replicas and low profile IRS bolts. No need for spacer.
