I have used 315/30/18 Mickey Thompson ET Street drag radials in the past with great success. I was cutting 1.5/1.6 60's all day long on 18x10 street wheels with my 03 Cobra.

I see they also sell BF Goodrich 315/30/18 drag radials too. Since my front tires are 265/35/18 BF Goodrich KDWs, I thought it would be cool to match the brand up.

Which tire is the consensus drag radial for 60' launches? I am partial to the MTs, but it would be cool to match name brand...

Stick with your M/T's since you use them for the track.

I have and love my BFG's for the street, but I have the bias ply M/T ET streets for the track.

I know exactly what you mean by wanting to match the tires up. I have nittos in the front and the M/T's DR's. I was thinking about going with tha NT05's for the front and the NT05R's for DR's. I wish M/T's made a matching street tire that resembled there ET street's. Even when there cold they still hook up.
