BF 4 piece idlers - question on installation

I just installed the 4 BF idlers on my car. There were no directions in the kit, so I just wanted confirm how I installed everything. I used the 3 100mm idlers to replace my stock idlers. I used the 90mm idler with the snub bracket next to the pulley to increase belt wrap. Is this correct?

Also, I reused the stock belt per Doug's recommendation. Should the belt be replaced if it has 17k miles on it?

Also, I noticed that the blower whine is definitely louder now with the 2.76 pulley. I assume this is normal?

i have the stock pulley on my car for now so by no means am i an expert, but i would assume that since the blower is now spinning so much faster, it would whine a great deal more with the 2.76.

The 96 mm does not go on the snubber. Look at the link above for placement..
