best way to pull motor?

Hey I just wanted to know where the best pick up points on the motor are to pull my 4.6 out of my Cobra. I've never pulled a 4.6 before and I know there is allot of aluminum on that thing and I dont want to break anything when I try to pull it. Also if anyone has any other helpful tips they want to give me anything will be appreciated. Thanks :shrug:

might want to think about taking it out the bottom. cuz i havnt noticed any really good spot to lift it from.

Dont have a lift, or else I might have tried it.
