Best way to clean the coolant overflow tank??

Trying to fix my oil cooler leak and noticed when I drained the coolant that the overflow tank is dirty w/ some sluge. Whats the best way to clean it out??

Some say bleach or simple green?

Just put it in and let it set it swish it around??

Yeah I usually pour it in and swish it around and let it sit for a little while then I pour it out and pressure wash it.
