I just picked up front and rear leather 02 GT seats. They are in pretty good shape but have been sitting for a while and i want to clean them up real good before i put them in the car. What do you guys use?

I use CPR leather conditioner.
It's made for Horse saddles. It works great. It's a thick cream that will soak in to the leather.
I bought it at Petco (pet store)

I don't have leather seats but use Mequire's on the shift boot/steering wheel/brake handle.
It has a pretty thick cream base too. Works real good on leather chairs/furniture. Just rub it in like skin lotion...
