Best place to Buy a New T-56 for my '97'?

I'm planning on going with a T-56 in my 1997 Cobra,I have the 1st to 2nd Gear Grind at higher RPM's.And instead of throwing $$$ into Fixing my T-45 and hoping it stays going,I'm going to put a T-56 in it.So I wanted to see if you Guy's know where I can get a New T-56 at a good price,and most importantly I want to Buy it from a good Reputable Business?

There is a shop in Dallas, TX that sells a reman T56 for around $1500 w/ a warranty. They also sell through ebay.

i thought about a swap but i had promoiton powertrain build me a T-45. its being built now so sorry but no info on its performance as of yet. price was like 1500 good for 750 rwhp.
