Best Pads for Baer Rotors

Currently running Brembo 4 piston fronts with the Baer Two piece rotors front and the upgraded size for the rear. I have hawk ceramic pads however they don't seem to have any bite. Would I be better with a hawk HPS pad? Does anyone have experience with this ?

I don't have any personal experience with hawk pads but when the time comes I plan on changing to the Baer two piece rotors as well. I was on the fence about going with the ceramic pads. Based on your experience I will try the hps pads. They claim to be low dust which would be a nice change from the stock Brembo pads. How do you like the Baer rotors? Any issues?
