Best Orbital Buffer on a budget?

Harbor freight has a good one. I think is $50. I know it sounds cheap but i think it works just as well as the name brands

+1 For the limited amount of buffing I need to do, my Harbor Freight one works just fine.

My rule of thumb for tools is if you're going to use it less than 2 or 3 times a year, Harbor Freight is ok. For things I use week in week out, I always buy the best I can afford. I really hate shitty tools, but for buffing I'm ok with the HF special. :beer:
